@fbrown_visuals_: Nova Ring, for under 65$. Is this the best budget smart ring? The answer is probably Yes! This is the first of this new category of wearables that I’ve tried and it didn’t disappoint! Keeps track of all essential parameters like HRV, Blood oxygen, Heart rate, Sleep, Stress, Activity. I was definitely a bit skeptical but comparing the data with Apple Watch i can say that we’re there! Obviously the advantages are comfort (especially during sleep), lightness and battery life (about 5/7 days). The only thing missing compared to a smartwatch are definitely notifications but.. probably sometimes is better right? 😁 You can find it on the @TVCMALL shop, link in bio / Tech guide!
