by law the fire truck has to stop before entering intersection and make sure its safe to do so, also lights & sirens have to be on through intersection. but light was red so legally couldn't enter

Right of way is given to Emergency vehicles that are traveling to an emergency. This truck doesn't have lights on.....it has to, or Fire truck is at fault!

From my experience what I’ve seen and heard is emergency vehicles sirens are controlled by acceleration and deceleration They should always be on when the emergency lights are on

I am a firefighter and it’s the firetrucks fault. They had the red lights. They have to stop and proceeded with caution.

Who ever said the Toronto Fire Truck was at fault your all wrong. It’s the car Fault. If you can’t hear sirens or see that cars aren’t moving you shouldn’t be driving. Toronto Fire had Right of way
