@tylerpath: A key factor when choosing a good chest exercise is how much or a stretch you’re able to get. With that said, the barbell bench press would be a better option than something like the decline hammer strength where the rom is a bit shorter. However, if you compare the barbell bench press to a dumbbell bench press, you’ll likely be able to get a bettet stretch on the dumbbell variation. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding

I do incline and flat bench first, and then move to dumbbell incline and flat. Followed by incline and flat flys. Am I missing out by not working in decline presses?

Incline dumbbell bench isn't a good lift. very unstable, harder to add weight, if youre actually strong the dumbbells get too big to actually hit full range of motion.
