I agree with them - if they do t want that many tourists then limit the number of ships but I don’t think they should limit who can get off if the ship stops there

We just flew to Barcelona and it was miserable due to all the cruisers. Thousands filtering in a day. The locals are miserable and resentful and I don’t blame them. It was like a circus.
