Reagan took away all the mental institutions that we needed we needed those buildings we needed the staff and we needed an overhaul on how Mental Health issues are dealt with in this country.

Scary part is this is my hometown and the highschool is right next to the police department. Kids walk through that parking lot constantly to get to and from school
