The burden of proof on the bot part is going to be very high, I'm worried a lot of shops are just going to stop letting users leave reviews altogether to save the hassle.

Google has been trying to combat this through changing thier algorithms to lean away from spamming backlinks in exchange for social media visibility back in 2014.
