Ingredients: @Poppi for the good vibes 2 chicken breasts, shredded 1 egg Shake of grated parmesan @Boar’s Head canadian bacon, cubed Pineapple, cubed Red onion, diced @Primal Kitchen Foods hawaiian bbq sauce Shredded mozzarella 1 cup @Good Culture cottage cheese @Bolthouse Farms ranch Seasonings: onion powder, salt, pepper, avocado oil Instructions: 1. Combine chicken, egg, parmesan, and seasonings and mix well 2. Form into pizza crust and bake at 450° until chicken crust is crispy and sticks together (i usually hit a broil at the end) 3. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, bbq sauce, pineapple, canadian bacon, and onion 5. Once chicken crust is done, top with cottage cheese mixture, and additional toppings if desired, and then top with additional mozzarella 6. Place pizza back into oven on broil until mozzarella is browned 7. Dip in ranch 8.
