Sloppy Joe Biscuit Bake ๐Ÿฅ Perfect throw together meal for those busy nights, was a total hit!  Worked so great with the kiddos vs a messy sloppy joe sandwhich! #lessmess To save time in the kitchen my FAVORITE chopping gadget is a MUST (linked in my storefront under kitchen gadgets). #timesaver Ingredients: โœจ1 lb. lean ground beef โœจ1 medium yellow bell pepper (diced) โœจ1 yellow onion (diced) โœจ8 oz. bella mushrooms (diced) โœจ1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese โœจGRANDS homestyle buttermilk biscuits (8 count) Sloppy Joe Sauce: โœจ8-oz. can tomato sauce  โœจ1/2 cup ketchup  โœจ2 cloves garlic minced โœจ2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce  โœจ1 Tbsp brown sugar โœจ2 tsp dry mustard โœจ1 tsp onion powder Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9ร—13โ€ baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 2.  Add the ground beef to skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook on med heat until no longer pink. Transfer the cooked beef to a large mixing bowl.  3. Using the same skillet, add the diced pepper, onions and mushrooms and cook on medium heat until veggies are tender, about 6-7 minutes. Transfer the veggies to the same large mixing bowl with the beef.  4. In a separate bowl add all the sloppy joe sauce ingredients. Whisk to combine. Pour sauce into the bowl with the beef and veggies and stir to combine.  5. Add sloppy joe mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly across.  6. Cut each biscuit into four pieces and place evenly across the top.  7. Bake for 25 minutes*, or until the tops of biscuits are golden brown.
