@focus2getfit: I started my postpartum fitness journey as a new mom almost 2 years and I'm still crawling one foot forward every day- not always motivated, but I'm dedicated for my mental health, physical health, and the example I set for my son 👶🏽. I started loving the body I was in while working towards MY OWN BODY GOALS not comparing myself on social media. It’s all about giving yourself grace & taking baby steps in your workouts and in the kitchen and progressively getting 1% better everyday. You don’t have to do everything at once.
