No. We stayed there in June the air-conditioning blows straight onto the beds. And it’s so close to all the action it’s too close.

Had a a great airbnb for just 65$ and 15 min walk to Dotonburi. Just shop around, prices vary almost daily and sometimes you need to split to have a better deal
