 1️⃣ Adjust the seat so your upper arms are flat against the pads.
2️⃣ Set your weight.
3️⃣ Sit and grab the handles. How to Crush It:
 ➡️ Exhale and curl the handles up.
➡️ Squeeze your biceps at the top.
➡️ Inhale and lower slowly.
🔄 Repeat for reps. Tips:
 🔥 Keep your body still—only your arms should move.
