@steveneugenekuhn: We hear in social about hustle and grind, nose to the grindstone and passive income. Most who say passive income still have work to do, they have an e-commerce store they manage or if they have a team they manage them. Then there is real estate, also not greatly passive but more so than running a business, unless you are ultra wealthy but even then you manage those who manage your portfolio. Then there are deals deals that bring millions where you introduce, accompany and then close, that pay out monthly with zero management or involvement. These deals take longer but the payout is in the hundreds or thousands and or millions. Either way I promise you that there is someone in your network looking for a solution that you, or someone you know, can provide and get paid for it. My clients are blown away at the ease of leveraging introductions for earnings. Some will call BS but that’s because they have no idea how to even begin. Remember: you don’t have to have the solutions, someone you know will, or someone they know will. In my case I had an idea with a service provider, my wife @olgakuhnofficial had the contact who needed the service, we then closed a deal with the service provider for $120M and we now get paid monthly once the project is up and running plus an upfront fee.
