I know a lot of therapists that really don't like BetterHelp because their standards aren't the same as being a licensed psychologist. It's still helpful but I think there's a difference to understand

I’m of the opinion everyone should see a therapist, it’s one of those things that will do more good than not, not to mention a lot of the people I know who say they don’t need therapy definitely do.

better help has actually done what GPs and the NHS cannot do. found a therapist in the UK that specialises in helping autistic people heal

I wanted to but they are just so expensive, close to 400$, a month when I tried. just couldn't afford it. just self medicating whit ai chatbots, nicotine and caffeine

Betterhelp was easily the worst therapy experience i ever had, and they never even entertained the idea of giving me a refund.

I appreciate this! I actually did have a therapist retire months ago and I'm back in the queue in the system hah my mental health has spiraled. too busy helping others to focus on me.
