Know what I hate? A DRY bánh mi. I’ve had so many dry ones (also not very flavorful) that I’ve stopped ordering them. You can tell when a restaurant’s chefs do not care. I’ll try Les Ba’get!

isn’t pate traditionally only served in cold cut banh mi’s? dont get me wrong i love the stuff too but i’m ok if its left out, especially if the meat is high quality like a smoked brisket

it's not bahn mi but at the Pho Fix in Houston you need to try the Pho Dip. same bread but with deconstructed pho filling and broth on the side to dip
