@wufitness: ❌stop stressing out when you get on the weight scale when you notice your weight scale go up a few pounds it’s not all just fat it can be some 1️⃣ muscle you gained ( this is a long term thing and not a overnight thing ) 2️⃣some water weight 3️⃣ some food still being digested because you ate late last night you probably just assume it’s all fat🤷♂️ when the reality is you can weigh the exact same weight but be at your dream body so take your weekly progress photos weigh yourself bonus: take your waist measurement use all 3 to compare instead of just your weight and if you are new here and learned something drop me a follow 💯
