Put a splash of milk in with the water. Season with s&p when they are almost done. At the end add some heavy whipping cream and butter. This will make the grits really creamy.

Hear me out…..add some jar salsa when it’s almost done and then when it’s done put the melty sliced fake cheese. You will thank me later. I eat this daily.

You have them too thick. All you have to do is add some water to them and stir so they won’t get clumpy.

if it's too thick all you need to do is add some more water until it gets to the consistency you like! I like to substitute milk and it makes it more rich and creamy! and always extra butter!
