I get so much hate for counting the “little things “ like creamer in my coffee or honey in my tea I totally get that it’s only 30-40 calories but that shit adds up if you start justifying them

I’m curious about how you define a healthy diet. For example, the amount of artificial sweeteners/sugar-free highly processed foods you consume is something many people would consider unhealthy.

this is so relatable I got the SAME COMMENT about being offered a bagel at work!! I had already eaten breakfast. I’ve lost 47 pounds yet they didn’t say a word when someone bigger said no to the bagel
