I feel like the liner one looks better, but you could also try adding the liner only on your upper waterline that way it’ll still look lighter but blended in

your eye without the black liner looks bigger. but the black liner looks gorgeous. if you had super tiny eyes, you would probably go without, but you have nice size eyes! ❤️
