My baby only slept on me then started doing 6hr stretches at 10 weeks. We hit the regression at 16 weeks and now I’m lucky if she sleeps for 40m and up feeding all night 😩 she’s 5.5 months now xx

Argh delete the routines - honestly I got myself in such a muddle trying to follow them and put myself under so much stress. Around 6 months we started using huckleberry for helping with nap times but up until then we didn’t have any kind of routine to be honest 💛

What you are experiencing is NORMAL! ❤️don’t stress about routines until at least 3/4 months. Its so hard but it won’t last forever you can do this ☺️
