WHAT YOU NEED: + 3 eggs + 2 pieces of sourdough + toppings: cherry tomatoes, arugula, vegan feta, salt/pepper, EVOO INSTRUCTIONS: + crack 3 eggs, whisk well and add them to a frying pan on low/medium heat + add two pieces of sourdough to the pan, flip right away and let eggs cook through + flip, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
