Baking with the gf flour I find you sometimes need to increase the liquid being used because it's so absorbant.

the reason for the runny puree consistency is because most of the flour that you're using are starches.

I’ve made one with Caputo gf flour. The loaf turned out great with the exception of a huge air bubble on the top - looked like a beautiful rise only to cut it open and see half was just air.
