@simonakeroydgardener: Grow your own strawberries from the supermarket. Last time I posted this it had over 62 million views and 3 million like on just one of my social media channels. Yet I’m still bring asked daily if it’s possible to grow a strawberry from the supermarket and can I please do a video on it, So I guess there are still some who haven’t seen this video 🤣 Note strawberry seedlings will vary from the original parent plant. Sometimes better and sometimes worse. But that’s the excitement of gardening. The unexpected. It’s often about the anticipation. It can be rewarding, exciting and can give you a huge amount of pleasure. Ignore the naysayers and negative people who say something isn’t possible. Things often are possible. It’s sometimes just a willingness to try and give something a go. Just like growing a supermarket strawberry. This works. I’ve done it and it’s relatively easy. You just need patience and positivity. And then you can make almost anything happen. It’s in your hands. Go… grow yourself a garden 😊💙#growyourgroceries #gardeninghacks #growyourownfood #growyourown
How patient? I have tried this numerous times, nothing ever grows

Is there a variety of strawberry plant you recommend to buy? I've had 2 different unnamed lots from garden centres but they barely produce. Best I've had was unnamed Polish ones on old allotment
