USE SHEA MOISTURE ANTI-DANDRUFF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR LEAVE IN CONDITIONER!!! I had dandruff my whole life and nothing touched it but this. When I stop using it it comes back so I know this shi works.

Walmart brand dandruff shampoo worked well for me head and shoulders made it worse selsum blue was ok but didn't help as much
