Soooo. When an electronic is returned to any Walmart, it's supposed to be opened and the serial number verified. Even if it looks like the customer never opened it...

Per policy, if a tv is returned. We must open to verify that the tv is correct and serial numbers match on the box and tv. It’s a hassle and time consuming. But if they don’t, we refuse the return!

Everything is supposed to be in the box for a full return. That box must of been taped by someone who knew how to make it look untouched. Someone took a motor out of a vacuum once and returned the vac
