Okay so I low key eye balled this whole recipe since this was the first time I made it but here are the measurements I think are best: 🤍 3/4 cup oat flour (I just threw oats in my ninja bullet) 🤍 2-3 scoops vanilla protein powder 🤍 1 tsp pumpkin spice (a little extra if youre a big pumpkin lover) 🤍 1/2 tsp cinnamon 🤍 2 tbsp cream cheese 🤍 2 tbsp cottage cheese (or more cream cheese) 🤍 white chocolate (for chips & for melting/drizzle on top!) **Depending on your protein powder, the scoops might differ, so: if your dough seems a little dry, add a drizzle of honey.
