You don't steam chocolate so don't cover and leave it.. putting a bowl of chocolate over water is to prevent it from direct heat that leads to burning.. Water affects chocolate so dry your bowl +

Bowl of chocolate shouldn’t be touching the boiling water when doing bain marie (double boiler) and no water should be touching any chocolate kasi that will cause it to be grainy

put some oil. do not cover. dapat po hindi matuluan ng water. best is Chop and put it in microwave for about 30 sec to 1 min.

Pakulo ka po ng water and then get another bowl (preferably mas malaki sa bibig ng pot na gamit mo ) and then in that bowl add in you chocolate and a dash of heavy cream. Do not cover and keep mixing

Wag takpan. Water (from steam) doesnt mix with chocolate it will cause it to seize become stiff and grainy po. Kaya po pag aadd ng food coloring dapat oil based d pwedeng water base food coloring
