@anotherlawyermum: Over the past two weeks of my daughter being unwell, and ending up im hospital (thankfully shes okay). I saw the saying “you can’t pour from an empty cup” and i thought well yes as a single mum you can and you do. A lot. And then you do it some more. When you’re the financial provider, the cook, the cleaner, the everything. Then something like this happens and you scrape from the literal bottom of the barrel to give the last bit you have. I still wouldn’t change it or my circumstances but I just hope that one day, my daughter gets to witness someone loving her mother right. #motherhood #foryou #fyp #singlemum #singleparent
