@desijohnsonn: How do you smile so much? This is a constant question I get when posting on social media, how do you manage to smile even in the worst of times. Won’t lie but it’s tough. Everyone’s journeys are different and tough in their own ways. After all of my injuries and setbacks, I have learnt over time that there isn’t much point in making myself feel worse. It will just slow the process down and make you feel terrible. Yes it’s tough, but how can I pull good out of it! I smile. I smile because there is so much more to life. To be honest, having you guys makes my time better. It makes me smile, it helps me. So thank you. A simple smile can do wonders, to you in the moment or could affect a random on the street. You just never know! Something good will come eventually, just trust the process. 🤍
