@tylerpath: If you’re not sure how many steps to take for a bulgarian split squat, take 2 regular steps from the bencha and use that as the standard. Also, make sure to push with the back leg as well on your reps as the bulgarian split squat is one of the only exercises where you’re able to train the rectus femoris in a lengthened position — you’re other option is doing sissy squats — you choose #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
