We have this in Aus as well (at least in NSW) ๐ฅฐ Called return & earn and you just put all cans and bottles into a machine and it gives you a receipt voucher to be used at Woolies!

You can do it in QLD too. Canโt remember the name but it exists. Itโs also all over Europe (a big thing in Finland, Germany, Netherlands etc)

well technically youโre just getting money back since you pay the 1kr extra whenever you buy a drink. but still such a good system and definitely feels like they are giving us money haha

You pay a deposit when you buy the bootle so you aren't really getting money back just the deposit you payed for. But great system really ๐๐
