You could get some halo extensions for day to day so it doesn't put pressure on your natural hair. I've been hair oiling and scalp massaging for a few months and I have seen a difference and I don't have to wash it so often x

Stop using heat on your hair. Blow dry it on warm/cool and NO straighteners, tongues etc… no tight hair up dos either because they snap the hair. Honestly it’s a long journey tho but worth it 🥺

Rosemary oil for scalp, vitamin E for ends. miracle 10 leave in conditioner and orofluido oil after washing. Worked for me.

I had a salon bleach disaster a couple of years ago and when washing it I found the Plateur 21 caffeine shampoo really helped in not making clumps fall out and helped it grow!

My hair was like that, re fit the weave but only 80g. When you wash section each weft off to dry separately but use heat protector spray. Use biotin and get it trimmed every 3 months
