Why can’t I eat this everyday? 😩 (recipe below) Ingredients: - 400g macaroni - 1/4 cup of butter - 500ml heavy cream - 400g mozzarella (half for the sauce & half for topping) - 3 tbsp bread crumbs - 1 tbsp garlic powder & 1/2 tbsp paprika powder - Salt & pepper to taste - garnish w/ basil Instructions: 1. First boil your pasta to be slightly harder than Al dente. (Don’t forget to salt your pasta water pls!) 2. Second, in a separate pan prepare your sauce! On low-medium heat add the butter, once it has melted, add the heavy cream. 3. Once it starts to bubble turn the heat off. Add the seasonings & grated mozzarella & mix well. 4. Preheat your oven to 350 °F. 5. Add the pasta to a baking dish. Pour the sauce overtop & mix together. Sprinkle breadcrumbs & the remaining mozzarella. 6. Pop it in the oven for 15 min. Broil on high for the last 3 minutes or until the top layer has that desired golden crispy look! 7. Let it cool 5 minutes before serving.
