@vessys_gourmet_kitchen: Lemon- berry Pudding is my new but old breakfast obsession. It keeps me satiated for hours and helps me get more protein into my diet. The lemon zest and vanilla bean paste make it taste like a dessert! Ingredients: 3/4 cup chia seeds 3.5 cups milk of choice 1/4 cup maple syrup The zest of 1 lemon 1 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup berries of choice Mint leaves Method: 1. Add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, lemon zest and salt to a bowl and stir; wait 10 mins stir again to prevent clumping; 2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight; 3.
