Even if these trucks ARE used for hauling, let’s be real most people actually use them as daily drivers because it’s not about hauling etc, it’s about how cool they feel driving it.

I have a truck partially for the bed and small towing, but mainly because I live on gravel roads in canada, and 4wd, high ground clearance and extra weight is very important in the winter.

You don’t need a lifted truck to pull a trailer. Like okay, you do need a truck but it doesn’t need to sit higher than a box truck.

Surely a lifted truck is almost impossible to use as a truck. It won’t fit under the trailer to be able to actually tow it, you can’t reach the bed to put in your DIY supplies etc

I have a lifted truck I live out in the country. I can’t tow anything with it because it’s an F150 but I have that truck because that’s what my dad and I have in common so we will work on it together.
