it's crazy but makes sense. regular pancakes are basically a ratio of flour with a fat and sugar which is mostly what ice cream is just colder lol 🤯

Self rising yeast and you add ice cream which is basically milk and cream. Like making biscuits where you pour in milk

Make Jacque Pepin’s French toast using melted vanilla ice cream (no eggs needed). Soak both sides of sandwich bread in the melted ice cream and then fry in butter. Serve with syrup of choice. SO GOOD!

Ice cream takes the place of the milk that you put in pancake mix. I put ice cream in my kolache dough recipe. In place of the milk or cream.
