I use the entire packet of the sauce. 😏 Fun tips, add mozzarella. Also came across another fun additives, 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, the packet of the cheese and sauce. Lastly, cut up boiled egg

The spicy carbonara is insanely spicy. I just put a few drops of the spice in it. And I’m from Louisiana and love hot stuff.

The cream carbonara has waaaay better flavor than the regular carbonara. Both are spicy but you can control the amount of spice by using the desired amount of red sauce
