I use Bluetooth sports headbands. Stay on pretty well and are pretty flat. And btw, I thought I was the only one who has to have audiobooks quietly speaking or I can’t sleep!

I have them and the charge doesn’t last through the night. I get maybe 3.5 hours out of them. Also the volume doesn’t go loud enough for me.
