Drizzle with avocado oil, sprinkle with paprika and salt, and roast at 425°F for 15-20 minutes. Take out the asparagus a bit earlier so it’s perfectly crispy. Tzatziki: Mix 1 cup shredded cucumber (drained in cheesecloth) with 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1/2 lemon juice (add more if it’s too thick), 2 minced garlic cloves, fresh dill (the more the merrier), and a pinch of salt.
