it’s like a hyper fixation on your job at the beginning, thinking you’ll be there forever and then BAM, you’re clocked out before the clock even hits 5 and you’ve moved on 😂😭

the issue is we don't like office politics, hierarchy, we aren't sheep, we don't play by the rules of humans. We are free thinkers and this structure stifuls us.

Would say this is neurodivergent in general? I'm autistic but have always struggled with jobs. I will put in all the effort and then one day my brain goes "nope, no longer"

Same. 9 months is generally when I turn and then I try to stick it out for my CVs sake 🤣 once I know how to do everything I’m instantly bored and it’s over

I had 34 jobs between the age of 16 and 23. Then I went into TV where your job/project changes very often. Longest stint I did was at the BBC for 9 months but got fired
