Shelly is the overall most decent main character in the game, why? you may ask. It's because her stats are set to the default one (except for the skill check) which makes her extract as fast as vee.

Im late but her ability is good for when she is about to finish the last machine far away from the ele,so when panic mode starts, you can run fast to the elevator than other extractor toons

there's I do Abt the debuffs in the wiki ~ confused 1 - 25% slower extraction, each tally adds 25%, same with slow, drowsy 3 reduces Stam Regen by 75%
