Just rub castor oil on your eyelids at night, I have Shogrens disease and it makes a huge difference

I’ve been told to use eye drops for dry eye but everytime I use them mainly at night) I wake up with eye pain and even worse dryness than before I put them in. They make it worse

Make sure to use PRESERVATION FREE eye drops!!! Everything else makes them more dry!! Especially for people who wear contacts!

I've dry eyes to the point that my contact was stuck to my eye and ripped my cornea off. Silicon contacts and hot eye pad 2x a day should help 🤞🏻

I don’t use make up, I don’t have false eyelashes. I tried everything, but my eyes are still very dry, especially towards the end of the day, but even when I first wake up. What should I do? I’ve been to the ophthalmologist, didn’t help 😑
