It hurt so bad the first couple times I got on it. I broke both my elbows last year and I had to use so much arm strength because I have zero ab strength :/ I have gotten up to 10 without pain now.

literally was the same way with my squat machine and had it to put it on the easiest level. my bf was laughing so hard at me when I said it was broken 😂
