I vividly remember my mom coming in my catholic school like SWAT when one of the nuns embarassed me for drinking water when I had a doctors note. I knew that day that she was ride or die.

I’m not even kidding you I got the exact same hairstyle for prom and couldn’t say I hated it because I was the receptionist at the salon. I’m now a stylist and vow to never do this to a prom girl.

Similar situation…I remember washing and removing at least 50 Bobbie pins prior to prom and redoing my hair. My mom got out money back. I looked beautiful!

I got a HORRIBLE updo at a salon the day of Senior prom & I drove home on back roads (so no one would see me) & immediately washed it and curled it myself. I also was too scared to say something.

My mom has ALWAYS been very lovable and tender with us. We were VERY poor when we were kids, i remember she would put our clothes underneath her clothes so it was warm when we put our clothes on.
