Very important!!!! She didn’t fully get into this! The reason you make sure the dough is slightly if not all the way cooled is if you add eggs to warm or hot dough it will make dough and scrambled eggs!!!!

So after the 25 minutes do I leave the oven on for the extra 10 minutes? Or do I turn the oven off after 25 minutes for the last 10 minutes? Because you said both and I’m not sure what you meant there lol
