@being_mrs_b: Everyone talks about elderflower but the end of summer is just as exciting. Because once the flowers disappear its time for elderberries! LR and I took wandered down the track next to our house today. We grabbed our first bowl of berries and a cheeky bowl of blackberries for the freezer. Harvested them straight away and made 500ml of elderberry syrup! #summerforaging #foraging #sustainableliving #foodforfree
