Just had the same experience! I went into the OB after graduating from my IVF clinic at 10 weeks, no ultrasound, nothing! They made me wait til 12 weeks, longest wait ever!!!

I’m surprised he didn’t offer a a bedside ultrasound! Most OB offices have them. I’m sorry you have to wait 😩🤞🏼

Ugh so annoying!! And just delaying anxiety. I wonder if they only did that because they know you’ve had ultrasounds? Seems wild they wouldn’t confirm pregnancy for new patients.

Aww how disappointing. I’m pretty sure your not allowed to have a smear of your pregnant in the uk at least mine was due and I had to wait a while after a gave birth .

Ugh this is what im was anxious for! Im currently also pregnant with our first IVF baby and they graduated me at 6w3d and i dont see my OB until Sept 6th and ill be almost 11 weeks by then 😵💫

I can't believe they didn't even find a heartbeat for you. At my first midwife appointment we talked about a bunch of stuff and drew some blood and they found baby's heartbeat.

It sounds like he was treating it as a new patient annual appointment and not a pregnancy appointment. I’m sorry you have to wait until Friday, so frustrating.

I’m sorry love! That’s so weird. They had me schedule with my OB now for sept 13th and they said ultrasound is 30 min before the appt. Everything will be okay girl! Thinking of you 💕
