A quick & easy protein-rich snack 😮‍💨 Over 2 years ago, I shared my viral choc top YoPRO yoghurt on my instagram page..🤯 which has been one of your favourite recipes to date!  You all seemed to absolutely loved this creation back then, with thousands of re-creations & re-makes, and so, here is a budget & ‘meal prep’ friendly version if you wish to create it in bulk. 

What ever you want to call this one (I’ll let you guys decide on the name), all I know is that it’s dang delicious, simple, and packed with protein, some fibre/colour, healthy fats, all whilst adding a little bit of fun (aka chocolate, arguably completely necessary, not optional 😉).  You can also easily adjust this recipe to suit your preferences and requirements. 

Here’s what you need: 
✅ 1 tsp nut butter of choice 
✅ 2 x squares or ~20g chocolate of choice (I like Lindt >70% as I find it easy to melt and distribute across the yoghurt layer as it appears to be more ‘runnier’ in consistency) 
✅ ~150-200g yoghurt of choice  ✅ Fruit to serve (I love berries and/or apple slices.. dipping these in is a game changer) 
✅ Crushed nuts (i.e. peanuts), to serve (optional) 

Method:
1. Peel back the lid of the yoghurt pot. Add in the nut butter of choice and mix to combine. 
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for ~1-2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir, until melted.
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the two yoghurt layers and evenly distribute. 
4. Finally finished by sprinkling the crushed peanuts on top.
5. Store in refrigerator (chocolate will ‘set) OR to enjoy sooner rather than later, freeze for ~10-15 minutes.
