@anxiety_trainer: Ever felt that dizzy, detached feeling when you're outside? I used to be terrified of it, constantly fighting DPDR and dizziness. But everything changed when I started leaning into it, saying 'bring it on!' Instead of fighting, I surrendered—and those symptoms slowly faded away. Here's how I made that shift…#anxiety #anxietyfreedom #anxietyhack #panicdisorder #dpdr #overrthinking #dpdrdisorder #anxietyfix #healthanxiety #gymanxiety #panicattacktips #anxietyrelief #quickanxietyrelief #agoraphobia #agoraphobiarecovery #panicattack

The only way I can describe it is … “why do I feel weird” and it snowballs from there … all I can think is “I’m not real … how am I alive… this doesn’t feel natural”

What is this? Because it’s almost like reality feels unreal, it’s hazy and like my perception through my eyes just feels off like my vision and I’m not ACTUALLY there if that makes senseIdk what it is

I talk to my nervous system a lot, tell it that we’re okay, everything’s fine and to just breathe. It’s helped a lot.

I had my first episode as a child. I was on a carnival ride and suddenly I didn't feel real. Like I was in a movie or something. It didn't show back up until I was 15 & going through a stressful move.

You have no idea how many people you’re helping realize they aren’t alone in this. I appreciate you.

I had DP/DR for 6 years every single day and every second of the day. even developed agoraphobia from it. Now I’m 95% DP/DR free !! truly the only way it went away is to accept it ❤️

after a few traumatic events for me the world looked different, sky, atmosphere etc, never knew it was DPDR, I would ask my hubby, does the world look different to you, no it looked the same to him.
