I planned on everything but didn't need anything... I just mentally told myself each contraction goes away and I get a break before the next. and great counter pressure from my labor partners

I also used music and a TENs unit on my back. I had back labor. It really helped.

practicing being in labor!!! putting yourself there to work on all the different types of breathing and keeping those birthing noises low to push energy down is right there with mental prep. 💯 👌
