I find this funny, cause if your a vtuber, aren’t you using said camera on a program I.e vseeface/vnyan/etc? How would this turn something on when you’re already using it?

even in the notes about the feature it says when you join it starts as an audio call and you have to choose to turn on cam!! so it shouldn’t be auto turning on your cam at all :>

I think it can’t happen to me ‘cause i use my cam for the vtuber studio and when that happen it blocks the cam for anything else so i don’t get how it turn on for some people. Be safe people.

software dev here, no need to panic. whenever any site your browsing wants to access your camera your browser will ask for permission first. always, no matter the site. the only exception.. 1/2

if you use your webcam for tracking in vts, it can't grab it. plus you can set the default webcam it tries to grab in the settings to something like the vts virtual webcam. problem solved.
